User Agreement

You must meet the minimum age for online entertainment services where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use ReelNova only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision.

Some features require a session via guest mode, Apple, Google, or another supported sign-in. Keep your credentials and devices under your control; you are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may request deletion through the in-app account deletion flow when available, or by emailing reelnovadrama@outlook.com. We may verify that the requester is the account holder before acting.

Once deletion is completed, account access is disabled or removed, and personal data linked to the account is deleted or anonymized—except where retention is reasonably needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, purchase verification, refunds, disputes, or platform compliance.

Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel renewal in your Apple account settings before the next billing date. After deletion, history, rewards, Coins, Bonus, favorites, or membership displays may become unavailable in the app, subject to law and platform rules.

ReelNova offers short-drama viewing and related entertainment tools. Titles, episodes, translations, pricing, membership benefits, and reward rules may change. We may add, remove, update, or limit content for licensing, operations, legal, or product reasons.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReelNova for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. This does not transfer ownership of the app, videos, designs, text, images, brand, software, or other materials.

• Coins, Bonus, rewards, coupons, membership perks, and similar items are digital entitlements usable only inside ReelNova.
• Virtual items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app unless we expressly allow it.
• Promotional or Bonus rewards may expire, carry usage caps, or follow other rules shown in the product.
• We may adjust, suspend, or reclaim virtual items if we detect fraud, chargebacks, abuse, technical error, or breaches of these Terms.

ReelNova may sell Coins, paid episodes, and membership plans. App Store checkout is handled by Apple and follows Apple’s payment terms and account settings.

• Price, plan scope, benefits, and renewal cycle are shown before you buy and may differ by region or promotion.
• Memberships may auto-renew unless you cancel in your App Store account before the period ends.
• Refund requests for App Store purchases are decided by Apple under Apple’s policies.
• If credit is delayed after payment, try relaunching the app or contact support.

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly show ReelNova content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or circumvent the service or its security controls.
• Use cheats, bots, scripts, fake accounts, fraudulent payments, refund abuse, or similar unfair tactics.
• Submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material through feedback or support channels.
• Use ReelNova in ways that break laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or this Agreement.

Suggestions, bug reports, and other messages you send may be used to improve ReelNova without payment to you. We may also contact you about service issues, support tickets, account matters, purchases, updates, or legal notices.

ReelNova—including the app, UI, logos, artwork, software, videos, copy, recommendations, and related materials—is protected by IP and other laws. Do not use our brand or assets except as allowed here or with written permission.

ReelNova may depend on third parties for payments, login, analytics, attribution, hosting, push delivery, and video streaming. Those features may also be governed by the third parties’ own terms and policies.

We may suspend or end access, remove improperly obtained entitlements, or limit features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, endangered the service, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if law or platform rules require it.

ReelNova is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service in every region. Catalog, pricing, recommendations, rewards, and features may change without prior notice where the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelNova and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the service.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you—such as revising the date above or showing an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
